Services

Support that’s grounded, creative, and responsive to real life.

I offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are, whether you're working through emotional challenges, seeking greater clarity, or simply ready to reconnect with what matters most. All services are delivered with care, collaboration, and respect for your individual path.

Based in Subiaco, I offer in-person sessions, online appointments, and outdoor options that honour your pace and preferences.

Psychology Services

Evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional wellbeing.

Registered psychology support for adults navigating mental health challenges or life disruptions. Drawing from approaches like CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy, therapy sessions are tailored to your goals and grounded in care.

Outdoors Therapy

Therapy in natural surroundings.

Outdoor sessions offer a gentle alternative to the consulting room combining movement, sensory awareness for insight, regulation, and connection.

Coaching

Solution-focused support for clarity, direction, and purposeful action.

Coaching provides a non-clinical present-focused space to explore decisions, navigate change, and take meaningful steps forward. This service is not therapy and is offered outside my role as a registered psychologist.

Groups & Workshops

Workshops and group experiences for shared growth and reflection.

In-person group offerings include a mix of structured, reflective, and creative sessions designed to support insight, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

Art Practice

Art-making has always been part of how I work, with individuals, in groups, and across community-based programs that support wellbeing, reflection, and connection. My creative practice explores themes of place, memory, and the quiet power of noticing, and it often overlaps with my work in therapeutic and community settings.

If you're curious about the creative side of my work or would like to explore potential collaborations, you're welcome to visit my art website:
